Returns & Exchange
We regret to inform and apologise that our exchange policy is suspended during this COVID-19 pandemic. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not allow exchanges until further notice.
We do not provide refunds at this time. Kindly ensure that the items purchased are of the correct size, colour and design.
We do not provide refunds for PRE-ORDER items as items that are purchased for pre-order are specially manufactured as soon as order is placed.

* PU3 is not liable once items are shipped out of our showroom or until item(s) reaches our showroom (in the case of exchange).
Returns and Exchange Policy
If you have bought the wrong size, you may exchange them within 30 days from receiving the items, subject to PU3 sole discretion and stock availability. All products returned must be presented in their original packaging (including the box and merchandises packaged together with your item), not used, in sell-able condition accompanied by original receipt or a printed email receipt.
If your exchanged items is of greater value than the original item, you will be charged for the price difference. However, if your exchange item is of lesser value, no refunds will be credited for the difference.
We offer free exchange (exclude delivery charges) for ONE time only (within Malaysia & Singapore only).

Once products of your original order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sale items purchased during any promotional sale. Items purchased during our Promotional Sale period are final.
